also form looking around on google maps iv noticed a small cove ... looks intriguing

to the right you have caliso bay and to the left you have mangans cove i presume ? Any one know what the one is in the middle may take a hike down to it. A bit of a trek but may be worth it

I have no experience of fishing any of those marks, but calisso bay has come up a lot on here in the past so a search should bring up old posts. From what I can remember, it's a tackle hungry spot with nothing spectacular in the way of catches. Plenty of rockling though if ya feel like hauling in slugs for the night.

Caliso Bay is very snaggy, there used to be a sand filled gully about 3/4 way down beach but that sand got ripped out of it a few years ago in winter storms.
It can throw up a good range of species; I have had lots of dogfish, three bearded rocking, five bearded rockling, coalfish, occasional scorpion fish, flounder, mackerel, pollock, corkwing wrasse, ballen wrasse and the rare bass. But that was from fishing into the sandy gulley. Now that the sand is gone the beach is porbably just a tackle graveyard.
