Valentia, Cahersiveen and Kells are mainly boat clubs I not sure if they do any shore comps.
Waterville are gone from the IFSA but as far as I know they are still running shore comps Contact Chris Nelms on 087 1357236. They also have a faceboob page.

I do a bit of small boat angling around the island. A lot of deep and dangerous water down that way for the kayak. I PM you on a shallow and sheltered mark or two for huss, thornies, pollack, ballans
