Thinking of making the trip up to Dun laoghaire pier for some LRF. I have read the articles on irish sport fishing and it seems that its a good spot. Im just not sure where the best spot is. I believe its the coal quay??
Im not sure and its a long enough trip so I don't want to end up fishing the wrong spots and wasting my time! Cheers.

The Coal Quay is a good spot or as the other lads have said the bandstand and along the pier wall, there should be herring there at the moment, nice fighting fish on light gear. Check out a few of the LRF catch reports on www.lurefish-ireland.com, the lads have had some nice sessions around Dun Laoghaire.
