you'll pick up the usual suspects, flounder, turbot and the odd plaice, night time throws up dogs and coalies, and if you want to target sea trout it's one of the best beaches around for them
2011 species so far
coalfish,plaice,dab flounder,turbot,sea trout,thornback ray,pollock,ling,mackeral

One day.. Facebook, Youtube, Myspace and Friendster will come together as one. It will be called, FookYouMyFriend.

that's all the advice that you would need mackfish
if you are targeting the flatties then just keep your hooks on the bottom, maybe small slithers of mackerel or rag worm.
very popular beach in the past

can good numbers of them be seen jumping around the place?
