you'll pick up the usual suspects, flounder,turbot and the odd plaice, night time throws up dogs and coalies, and if you want to target sea trout it's one of the best beaches around for them

that's all the advice that you would need mackfish
if you are targeting the flatties then just keep your hooks on the bottom, maybe small slithers of mackerel or rag worm.

cathald, are these sea trout target-able with the fly i.e. are they within fly-casting range.. ?
can good numbers of them be seen jumping around the place?
