Dungarvan/Ardmore Fishing

Hi,new to this forum and new to boat fishing but looking for a bit of advice.Bought a new boat and gonna be fishing out of Dungarvan area.Was wondering best areas to target pollack,cod and a bit of ling and conger.Not looking for exact spots but just a push in the right direction.Thanks
