How did he do it
Today in work I was watching a cormorant fishing in the river.the water that he was fishing in is very brown and fresh water to and I no he would not be able to see anything.i watched him dive came back up with ntn then I seen him dive once more and he came back up with a flounder nice one to very far up river to.my question is how did he do it he can't see anything does he feel for them or is it sound or what any one no how he did it

a friend of mine was catching tiny flounder in fresh water in cappaquin while fishing for trout,feckin miles from the sea! about 2 euro size
i once seen a seagull and a ganet fight over the same fish for about 1/2 an hour only to have a seal snatch it,funny sh*t...

Yea I didn't think they come that far up the river I checked if it was salty or fresh water it was fresh the water I tested but took test from top water could of been a be more to salt the deeper it went down ya learn something new every day

Seen cormorants on trout lakes and some roach marks

With the demise of lakes and rivers here we are seeing a lot more of these buggers around sea angling spots these days , murdering stocks of small pollock

Iv had flounder fishing the river in Ennis and got them on garden worms
