East coast beach

Im hoping to try an east coast beach next fishing session. Can anybody give advice on what i might catch and what tides are best and is there any certain marks fishing well. :?:

i would stay around waterford at least the whiting and other fish are bigger than 15cm only small flounder and pin whiting on the east coast at the moment

Had some nice coalies to about 2lbs in daylight on Killiney last week. Blacks done the job and it seems to fish best from 1hr after high tide down. best of luck.
