Great find, But I saw trawlers working areas during the closed season in the various areas :(, This might only be a "Suggestion" to them

AFAIK the map repressents the actual rules/laws/quotas/fishing areas for 2013.

If anyone suspects a trawler fishing illegally then take down its number (painted in big letters numbers on the side) and give the nearest SFPA office a call. Numbers can be found on.
