Go west young man....

#1 Post by AB132 »

Hi, heading down to Galway August bank holiday weekend and hope to sneak ("you're not bringing those blooming things are you? " ) a rod or two into the car in case I get an hour or two off from dad duty.

Would appreciate any advice on species to target between say Inveran and Rosaveel and best bait. Mix of rocks and beaches, plenty of waves, lrf or big rod casting? Just general, not looking for marks.

And if big rod any advice on how to sneak a beachcaster and a bag of bait into a family car unnoticed?

Cheers!
