#1 Post by grimsby »

Thanks for reply
We fished fahn beach at the point a short walk from the marina we had thornies upto 7lb .we started catching 2 hours after tide as we got there at high tide . We fished buncrana pier had had a couple of thornies off there . we went to fish fahn low water up but beware there is a row of crab pots in Chanel at low water mark as we found out . We was getting snagged up the day before and when we went in the morning the boat was sorting his string of pots out . We had fish on squid and mackerel . Another day we fished torr head and only had a couple of small pollock around the pound  mark . But we had a good time so until next year tight lines
