Only half moon I know is on poolbeg pier in ringsend, its the white building half way down.

It used to be a swimming club. It is half way up the peer before the Poolebeg lighthouse. It is best fished on high spring tides

half way up poolbeg pier as said, its a popular spot on the pier as will give you shelter from the wind/rain but best fished on big tides 3.9s up
