Uptide rod

Can anyone recommend a good quality up tide rod/reel setup for fishing marks such as torr head garron point and other rough ground marks? Something of decent hard wearing quality that's not gonna break the bank. Thanks!

i got a kenley premier uptide (carbon) 9half foot 6 -8 oz i was given it as a freebie, can get a great cast of the uneven rock marks, i use it for everything now
