place to fish flat fish

hi all i am from east cork, i am just wondering if any1 can guide me to a place for good flat fish, tried ballybrannigan one evening, not a bite was fishing with lugworm,

I don't know anywhere to fish in cork, but ragworm seems to have caught all my recent flatfish, but I did have a plaice of about a pound on some old squid,try adding a small weight at the top of your rig so all you hooks are on the bottom,good luck

Try Youghal - the slob bank, ferrypoint, up the river, the tourig or pilmore
You may also be able to catch some in Whiting Bay

best baits are crab, rag, lug and mussel

the left hand side of inch beach throws up a couple of flatties at high tide,close in to the rocks...pity it throws up the surfers aswell...all the time....
