Weather depending... if it's cold- thermals.... otherwise I tend to put long john trousers and a long sleeve top, heavier than t shirt, but lighter than a jumper.

I have a two piece suit and unless the weather is freezing I usually only wear the jacket and a pair of waterproof bottoms if needed. I find that wearing the flotation suit bottoms can sometimes be too warm, especially if there is a long walk involved. The waterproofs will keep the wind out as well. I would usually wear tracksuit bottoms with a t-shirt, a jumper and sometimes a set of thermals. It all depends how cold and windy it is!

I was thinking track suit bottoms as they wouldn't hinder mobility too much!..wouldn't be the lightest on the feet now!!..I'm getting one this weekend. I hear its better to carry it to the mark and them put it on rather than doing any long hikes whilst wearing it. I'm sure I'll learn quick enough!
