what rod?

any recommendations on what rod to get for scratching around that would be sensitive enough for picking up small bites but would also cast. out a bit father if needed.i already use an AFAW 13ft 4in matched with a 6500abu for a bit of distance.would b using a fixed spool with new rod

I use a tubertini eurocast and love it. Comes with 3 push in tips all rated to 110g. It shows up the smallest of bite even on the heavy tip and it landed a ray over 6lbs so it has a bit of power if needed. Not sure if their still made or not tho but you might get one second hand for about €110-120.
Grauvell also do some nice multi tip rods that should be under €150 new.
