I hear its great for storing ragworm,anyone got a picture as I havnt a clue what it looks like,cheers

I guess the best way to describe it is like tea leaves. You should find it in the estuaries around where you live, where leaves and branches etcget washed up and these break down and form the peat.
Rinse it out in fresh sea water though and ring it through an old towel to dry it off.

Works a treat. I know some lads use normal organic peat, again, rinsed with fresh sea water.
It is also good for keeping maddies and lug.
