City west hooked

Hi I am going to hooked at the weekend and I heard that they stock the lake with trout .does any1 know if its just fly fishing or can I do light rock fishing with metal lures.any advice would be great

check hookedlive .ie they might have some info up on the site

Thanks a million I checked it out but it doesn't say any thing about lure fishing in the lake :D :D
