Hello all,
Young and old, master and apprentice.
I'm a 29 year old chap from Tallaght, Dublin.
I'm hoping to get back into fishing with a passion.
My history with fishing was a weekend once a year, from my years of around 7-10.
It consisted of a deep sea trip off the coast of west port.
Sure it's not a lot of experience, and was a long time ago. But those are some of my most cherished memories.
Being caught in high tide, pulling in my first fish, the rush of the pull on the line, the list goes on.
My goals are to be comfortable enough to pack up my kit, and head off to a pier.
May sound simple to some, but I'm clueless. I can cast out and reel in, but everything else needs to brought into practice.
I look forward to chatting with you all, and hopefully achieving my goals here.
Currently in my possesion regarding kit is... 0
No rod, no reel..
I'll need help with the lot.
