Malahide

Malahide was a bit weedy on Sat. lost about a kilo of lead :x

not too sure! we fished in front of Tamangoes (bait) it was so snaggy I prob wont return to this mark, the beaches either side could be good though? and then the estuary is only up the road?

Is the estuary any good do you know, heard it was good years ago not sure about now!

The area were you fished is just pure rock covered in weed anything cast into it will be lost. As you have said fish the beaches either side of these rocks.

Species 2012: Flounder, Whiting, Dublin Bay Codling, Coalie, 3 Beard Rockling, Shore Rockling, Bass, Dogfish, 5.2lb Starry Smoothhound (PB), Twaite Shad, Thornback Ray 5.8lbs (PB), LSD, Pollock, Ballan Wrasse, Cork Wing Wrasse, 43cm Flounder (PB)

Species 2013: Coalie, East Coast Codling, Smoothounds, And hopefully a back opp to get back fishing soon...
