can anyone give me a dig out with some shore marks and where to dig some lugworm in the galway area.

Im based in the city,knocknacarra area,used to do alot of fishing in cork hbr and cobh area and on the beaches from ballycotton to youghal,i was a member of great island sea angling club till i moved back to galway 6 years ago and havent being able to do much fishing in last few years,but im intending on getting back into it this winter,so any tips or advise on the galway area would be very greatful.

go down to silverstrand and fish the rise into darkness nearly always a few flat fish about
