Mackerel around Dublin / Wicklow ?

I just bought my 13 yr old a rod & reel. We have spinners & float / fresh mackerel as bait.

Can anyone suggest a decent spot to catch mackerel in Dublin or Wicklow ?

I see there is high tide tomorrow at 10am.

Dun laoighre pier is worth a shot,,,,,,there should be plenty of lads mak bashing out there,,,so you can see what there at

Try South Bull, Poolbeg, that should be the best mark around Dublin.
