secret boat mark-Blaskets

#1 Post by kerryman »

try this ...........
while facing the tra ban (main beach) turn right and continue
in between beginish and the main island. There
should be a rock covered in seals to the right. You will then come
into a circle of scattered rocks about 1km wide. Fish white cod feathers
on the bottom.Garanteed loads of huge pollock up to 22lbs!!.
Not messing!!. Never go in during a swell or without a depthfinder as the
area is extreamly dangerous. There is usually some lobster boats around. Also beware of the Blasket Sound.Good Luck!
Entries now open for the All Ireland Shore Cod Championships on November 29th hosted by Sea Angling Ireland SAC

Time spent fishing is never time wasted...

2015 targets - a triggerfish, a specimen bass, a three bearded rockling to complete the set and something big and toothy from certain north Mayo deep water marks
