boat and skipper for stag weekend trip kerry

Hey lads, looking into a boat trip for a friends stag down in kerry the weekend of June 30th, most of the guys will have never fished before so nothing too serious any ideas all help much appreciated

there is a boat that goes from the harbour in dingle every morning and the again in the afternoon it about 35 euro a head you can get tickets from the tourist office in the harbour the skipper knows his stuff dont know the name but should be easy enough to find out if you goggle it

I would recommend Danny McCarthy and his son Ciaran out of scraggane.

The boat out of Dingle harbour is not great IMO. Its grand for a few hours messing around but you should be able to do better eslewhere. If you have a few of you out day with Danny or Ciaran should only cost you 50 each for a full day.

The boat can fish in Tralee or brandon so you can expect tope, spursdog, huss, pollock, gurnard etc etc.We have always enjoyed our time out with him. He can provide rods etc if needed.
