Is this a speciman?

Hi tried up loading a pick but i cant caught a dab 41cm long today is that a speciman...?

Specimen fish are based on weight

In 2010 the 3 specimen dabs caught in Cork harbour were all under 38cm

not sure on the specimen size but to get the photo uploaded , send it to your email address from your iphone , it gives you 3 sizes to send it as, pick the smallest and then just open your email on a laptop/computer and save the photo from your email to the laptop , then just upload as normal ,,,

Sorry lads I'm a d**e it's a flounder.. Dabs have rough skin don't they, this is smooth...sorry about that...
