Hi guys,thinking of headin down to clare for a session in a couple of weeks,as I don't know the area could anyone point us in the general direction?any help appreciated

there was a report from fanore recently - but not amazing
head down to west clare - far more options there and if its too busy weather you can head onto the shannon handy
i would imagine there are plenty of flats on all the beaches and you should have a good chance of a bass on razor

hi terry i fish blackhead alot and have had good fishing from it but dont no what it like in the colder months if you are bait fishing i would stay nearer the start of it as the more you go down the snaggyer it gets but if your spinning or lure fishing up around the lighthouse can trow up some nice pollock we have had them up to 6/7lb from there also conger to be had all along it but near the lighthouse is deeper water
