I have same reel, just put all the parts in order as u take them appart,i use wd40 on the bearings just soak em for a while in a bottle cap with wd40 ,then spin them and wipe, repeat until clean wd comes out, push bearing onto a biro then spin helps to hold em tight,be careful u dont loose the little screw that holds the end cap on its tiny, then oil lightly with a thin oil,i rarely strip the handle side no need unless its full of sand, just the spindle and bearings is all ye realy need to do hope this helps :D

Have a look on this guy's site he's very good.
www.alantani.com

Helped me to strip down a Shimano charter special which was fairly knackered. :D

For the Penn 525 have a look at this:

http://www.torquedfishing.com/pdfs/StuCleaning525.pdf

And whatever you do, do not use anything else but lighter fluid to clean the bearings and rocketfuel to lubricate.
Most other products leave a residue that becomes sticky over time and a PAIN to clean afterwards.
