frozen Lamprey as bait

I noticed a shop selling these at around the same price as a pack of sandeel but the volume was much greater . He reckoned they would only be any good from a boat . Has anyone tried them from the shore or rocks ?

Never used em ,but they are full of blood id reckon huss and conger wuddnt pass it up,try it and see good pike bait apparently

x2 great for river pike i find not as good on stillwater
2013 species : coalies,flounder(pb),whiting,dogfish,5 beard rockling
2012 species : cod,whiting,coalies;flounder,5 beard rockling,bass,dogfish,dab

flounders and whiting like strips ,very bloody bait so should work for other fish??
