Spinning Reel Service: Anywhere in Ireland?

I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion / recommendation for Shiano spinning reel service? Ideally I would be looking to send the rell to someone in Ireland, although I'll sell to England if need be. I have heard / read mixed reports of Felindre in the UK, if there was someone more local that does servicing it would be great.

I'm looking to get a Technium 4000 FB serviced, it is about 2 years old and keeps getting stiff when I fish and there is any amount of dampness in the air.

Give Cians in absolute fishing in tramore mate he has a lad down there that services reels for a reasonable price;-)
