the central fisheries board do the best I've found. It can be found on their site http://www.cfb.ie the site is worth a brouse or on http://www.cfb.ie/pdf/fishbook.pdf
the book has 33 pages in it when you download it so make shore you have plenty of paper ready

This site covers local names and even has a quiz section if you fancy yourself as a real ID expert.
