Ferrybank Fishing

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to fish the Abbeylands side of the bridge in Waterford,If so where abouts?Im aware there is a railtrack along the side of the channel but not sure if its active or not.
Species 2011: Bass,Cod,Pollock,Mackerel,Flounder,Dogs,Huss,Whiting,Coalie,Plaice

you could fish down by bell view port or up towards the back of the hospital were you will catch cod in both places

Have had some nice cod from behind the hospital,will give bellview a look.thanks for the help.
