Looking for help on a decent spot in Waterford or cork.

Planning to head this direction on Saturday, looking for cod decent flats or a bass. Would be grateful if someone put me onto a decent spot. After 3 weeks now with out a hound I need catch a fish that is worth catching. I don't expect people to just post there hot spots on here, but would be grateful off a pm. Mite even do up north if there is a decent spot and a helping hand

the quays in youghal are fishing very well at the moment on a rising tide the old carpet mill is were i fish i think it called green quay or ask any of the locals

youghal harbour is fishing well for me at the moment plenty cod along the quays all the way up to the abbey. ferrypoint a bit dissapointing so far. slob bank in daylight plenty flats up to 40cm and a few bass. youghal beach is fishing very well when the weed's not on it there is ray cod coali whiteing and dogs coming in on most sessions. greenpark is mixed at the minute some fellas catching plenty while other fellas blanking next to them. i havent fished waterford direction but have been told by a few waterford lads i met out fishing in youghal the other night that the fishing was poor enough that direction.

It be nice to have someone show us where to go, we are heading down sat morning and fishing the day and evening, then traveling back up to Dublin the same nite. Are any of these places easy to find and have they got good access to park a car?
