north west donegal site members. help needed
i know it's a bit short notice lads but we're heading out this way at lunchtime tomorrow. i can't decide on what mark to try thow. i was thinking of possibly fishing portnablahy, dunfanaghy, tramore strand, dooros point, balyness strand or the slip at meenlaragh. i have'nt heard any reports of anyone fishing out that way lately so i'm not sure how these marks are fishing. all this rain has forced us away from our intended marks so far so any info would be greatly appreciated. PM's welcome
Entries now open for the All Ireland Shore Cod Championships on November 29th hosted by Sea Angling Ireland SAC

hi al,
best stay away from east coast then? i was for heading that way tonight?
north coast is the same too - i hit a bloody tree that got washed up on the beach last night - i'd lights off as we were bassing.
sorry cant offer any assitance for that area

Considered Tra Na Rossan?
I haven't been out much lately so I've no first hand info to pass on.
But I'd be thinking about Tra Na Rossan, if I was intending..... damnit, now I'm thinking about Tra Na Rossan!

cheers dave, sorry to hear about the motor, hope the damage was'nt too bad
.
we were gonna fish tra na rossan at the end of july when we were staying up in downings over the weekend. but the skipper of the boat we were out fishing with told us not to bother as it was'nt fishing with only tiny flatties getting caught. so we just gave it a by ball. looked a great beach thow
