do multipliers need attention after a few months of non use

my multis(penn and slosh) have being out of action for 2-3 months now.should i do anything with them before i bring them back out to where they belong

If the spool spins same speed as normal all good,if not clean off old oil from spindle and oil her up,then put reel to ur ear and turn the handle if she sounds ok ur good to go,unless the line needs changing
