Anyone have a site that will tell or does anyone know when the next spring tide will be?

Basshunter10 You would want to look at the tide times again and have a look from the 12 october and notice the water height when on Ht and Lt thats how you judge it....

Re: Spring Tide, Dublin, Meath, Louth
there are only 2 tides you will get razor this month the first is the early tide on the 26th and the second is the early tide on the 27th but only if you have a west or north wind otherwise you will be wasting you time also them tides will fall very early so you will be picking in darkness so get yourself a good head light
sorry mate just looking at the tide book again and you will get them on the early tide on the28th aswell

Look up some of the lunar calenders and then as the other lads say, add 2 days to the full and new moons and ye should have your springs. Also, on a recent post, (i cant find it), someone also mentioned that when there is a spring tide, high water will always be around 1pm - 2pm in the afternoon, although that will go back to midday - 1pm at the end of this month. Hope this helps..
Good things come to those who bait.

Re: Spring Tide, Dublin, Meath, Louth
Sound lads, looks like a midnight stroll on the 27th it is then. The beach im looking at has a low of .1 on the 26th, The full moon is the 26th, only starting to get my own bait lately rather then paying for it, can anyone advise me on black lug? Is a spring the best time to get them, got them before and it was a very low tide but not sure if it was a spring.

Re: Spring Tide, Dublin, Meath, Louth
Ye will get some black lug at most low tides close to the water as the tide turns, the springs give ya a bit more ground to cover. just watch out for gullies filling in behind ye when out at night time, we all know this, but it still happens when ye get caught up in what ye are doing and forget about it. And i know this might sound daft but i got caught on a beach one night way out when the fog came down and scared the you know what outta me. Lucky it only lasted 5 minutes. When i told a mate who is a very experienced angler, he told me on night sessions on low water, he always carries a small compass in his box. Just a thought...
