right like everyone else id say i prefer a wee surf

anyone finding the beaches can be productive in this flat calm weather day or night

I have had some good fish in flat calm weather at night but at very very short range. right under your feet just where that small wave will brake its the only place where there is a bit of movment in the sea bed in only a foot of water :wink:

CALM CONDITIONS CAN BE GOOD FOR PLAICE FISHING.

its ideal for sole but we just dont have them here close to the shore,,,only in deeper waters

Leave the beach rod at home,put on a pair of chesties and break out the lures!
