digging lug??
hello looking for a good spot to dig lug in dublin or wicklow
i tried sandymount pasts the old baths but found most of the lug were very small

Always try and get as close as u can to low tide mark when after lug the further down the bigger they get most eadt coast shallow beaches have good lug,try clontarf ive never dug them there I get plenty at home,but from what I hear its the best place near ye

mate your digging on the wrong side of sandymount head down to the other side at low water as if you were heading for poolbeg when you get to the e.s.b look out and you will see the stream running along the beach go out and dig near the edge of the stream and that should see you right some fine lug to be had with 45/50 mins digging should net you 60/70 + wormsmarklocko wrote:hello looking for a good spot to dig lug in dublin or wicklowi tried sandymount pasts the old baths but found most of the lug were very small
