kilkeel co. down 18/7/2011

#1 Post by carp angler »

People:myself

Duration:4-5 hours

Tide:rising

Weather:windy/calm

Bait:rag sandeel

Rigs:2 hook flapper

Results:nil

Report:arrived at kilkeel to find the pier full of macky bashers. . . once i got a space and got set up, out came the trawlers. . .if i had stronger line, i'd have landed that boat, instead i lost my rig. them trawlers have total disregard for anglers
so, once i had the pier to myself, i hear what sounded like a dog sneezing, climbed up onto the wall and watch the seal for an hour before going home
