There is a small harbor just after keel the surf beach. There are Rocks to one side of it they are extremely good for macs and is well worth a go and if you are not having Any luck with macs then you can either float fish for some very nice pollock. And if that don't work then you should try and do a bit of ground fishing of that harbor for conger there are some huge ones caught there in the last few years s

a spot called doogagh rocks between keel and keem is good for macks use a lure like a german sprat of a dexter wedge as the ground is very very rough, i had lots of macks there and some enourmous pollock including my pb

....but be very carefull when you are there even on a calm day it can throw up some freak waves!!
