how do u go about catching sea trout?jus love to know anything about catching them,there habitat,bait,etc

DAYTICKET 15EURO col. only/ tay/mahon free fishing
Sea trout available in other rivers tay near stradbally co waterford
river mahon 6 miles east of tay can be stuffed with fish from july onwards
these rivers are only lightly fished there is a pic. of a 6.5 s. trout taken on fly (2004/ tay) in the local taclel shop.(mary St. Dung.)
have had bags of 40+ fish from all the above rivers in few hours
best flys; alexandra/teal blue silver/butcher almost any silver bodyed fly works
best times; dusk on into dark ( fly)
when the water starts to rise after rain and again when it starts to drop back after flood has peaked spinning in best mepps/flying Cs size 3 best size all colours work black/silver flying C very good
july/aug best months
warm humid overcast weather best/
thunder very bad
any thing else?
