sand eels

Hi, I was just wondering what way do u hook up sand eels, if the wind dies down, gonna take my lad fishing at the weekend in clare
Always CAR! unless its a pollock...!

2012 species: Pollock, Mack, Coalfish, Gurnard, Bullhuss, Dogfish and Wrasse.
Would do anything for a bass!

I was out the other day in Wicklow and found the doggies loved the sand eels. I caught a double on a 2 hook flapper!
SPECIES 2011: (7) Dogfish, Mackerel, Cod, Pollock, European Eel, Common Blenny, Pin Whiting

SPECIES 2012: (7) Whiting, Coalie, Pollock, Mackerel, Ballan Wrasse (32cm x2, 34cm, PB 38cm) , Corkwing Wrasse, Three-Bearded Rockling

SPECIES 2013: (1) Ballan Wrasse (2)
