sligo stalemate

hi lads
anyone know any good spots around sligo for shore fishing ????? ive just started fishing again after years away and to be honest ive had 4 small pollock and a sea trout in the last month and all were in the same day so the rest of the month has been a wash out .
im from waterford origonally and have only been living here a little while in the north west but love all im missing is some fish
