Worm id!!

Took the kids down to the beach yesterday with their buckets and spades, and one of them dug up a worm.

It was about 5cms long, white, and looked a bit like an albino anorexic ragworm!

Sorry i have no pics, but would anyone on here know what is was, and if they would be any good as bait?
2011 species (2) - Three Bearded Rockling, Coalfish

2010 species (8) - Coalfish, Codling, Shore Rockling, Pollack, Lesser Spotted Dogfish, Poor Cod, Whiting, Pouting

2009 species (10) - Lesser Spotted Dogfish, Pouting, Coalfish, Long Spined Sea Scorpion, Shore Rockling, Codling, Haddock, Shanny, Whiting, Flounder

sounds like white ragworm and i find them very good as bait
lifetime species fishing and rock pool

Might take a run down later in the week with my own bucket and spade lol.
