Baliff numbers-re bass netting

Lads,
I fish in west waterford and i was wondering if anyone can pm me the numbers of a local baliff....been onto the fisheries but they don't seem to have a clue whats going on....its always a battle...i'm sure some of you guys have been fighting the cause for a long time.....please give me phone numbers coz i hate them poor choice of language getting away with this stuff....especially when its the HOT spots.....these poor choice of language have the spots perfect....within metres :evil: :evil: :evil:
i'm not joking...seriously poor choice of language off

IN FACT MAKE THOSE BALIFF NUMBERS PUBLIC.....EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE THEM...

what looked like gill nets set just off the rocks off a hotspot...maybe 500M long....set by a boat (no other way)...also spotted a large trawler (i know the name)...within 200 m from shore...with they're gear out
