what kind of wrasse is he?
caught him on rag from monkstown pier

how do you know it was a male

the males have the strong neon blue streaks across the face and the skin between the fins and tail.
the females lack the strong blue but are easily identified by the dark/black blotch at the start of the anal fin that the males don't have.
