BAIT IN DONEGAL

Well im heading up to donegal for the weekend fishing in the downings area. can anybody tell me were i would purchase bait. i would go digging but havent time so id need a tackle shop

SPIECIES LIST(2013):: SEA TROUT, (1st) BASS, SPECIMEN PLAICE (3lb), DAB, LSD, FLOUNDER, SHORE ROCKLING, COALLIE, POLLOCK, STARFISH, PAINTED RAY, BULL HUSS, THORNBACK RAY, 1st LURE CAUGHT BASS. 3 BEARDED ROCKLING.

I think these guys can get rag + lug but you have to order in advance

John Mc Laughlin is your man, (087) 292 9888, Lough Swilly Flies/Donegal Angling Centre, rag and lug need to be ordered in advance though, based on the Ramelton Road en route to Downings if you travel via Milford :wink:
