Knockadoon head has some rocks that used to produce great pollack and wrasse, haven't tried it for a few years now but planning on trying again soon. Park in gthe field by ruined castle and head down the (fairly hairyish) rocks with care...wrasse on lug and small hardbacks.

Don't think anyone will publically give you their marks but there are some goo guides online that are already freely available?
