Re: Youghal
.
they are a bit on and off to be honest very bright calm evenings seem to be a waste of time especially on youghal beach i wonder if all the swimmers and other beach activities is pushing the fish off. i think the west waterford beaches are throwing up a few more fish at the minute.

Re: Youghal
BIg comp held on Youghal on Sat night, tonnes of fish caught in calm conditions. FLounder, Codling, Dogs, Whiting, Ray.....
Fluff chucking is the new black..... Rampant Wreckfish is a fly angler in denial

Southern part Youghal Strand: Flounders and even some hungy doggies on lugworm.
I wonder if somebody has caught any bass out there lately?

Re: Youghal
Word down here is there were plenty showing last week and same this week although strangely enough low water seems to be the key.A couple of breaks off garryvoe last night although out a bit and only small shoals working up and down the beach, ballycotton might be worth a visit if they are off garryvoe.
