People: Self only

Duration: 2 hrs.

Tide:high

Weather: No cloud, force 4

Bait: feathers and quid

Rigs: 1) feathers. 2) simple ledger with wire trace

Results: Few mackeral, many pollack in the 2 to 4 lbs range and many spurdogs in the 10 to 12 lbs. range.

Report Spurs were taking baited feathers near bottom but majority on ledger > they are great fighters, but don't like the spines to I unhook with long disgorger from the boat's side.
Entries now open for the All Ireland Shore Cod Championships on November 29th hosted by Sea Angling Ireland SAC

That was me - forgot to log on.

Look at the Galway Bay chart, a little NW of centre.

Clue : an area where you might find an Orca.
