Fishing in Wexford

Hi all
I am heading down to Wexford next week around Hook head and surrounding areas to do a bit of fishing, can anyone recommend any good beaches and if their is any fish been caught, and what is the best bait for the area,

call to a little place called slade,,its quite close to hook head and is gteat spot for spinnig for pollack...the hook is good but be prepared to loose gear...if you stick to slade it s good for fishing the bottom aswell..its fished in competitions quite often so has to be good..if you get to the little harbour and head off over the rocks to the right walking for a couple of hundred yards you can fish anywhere along there...enjoy it anyway mate :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
