Re-freezing peelers??
If peelers have been defrosted after a days fishing are they worth re-freezing for another outing? has anyone had success using them once they have been refrooze??

tried it and found the crab just went to mush and lost all its juice .

it depends on how good the crab was before it was frozen originally if its good stuff and not been allowed to get warm(ie kept in a cool box and not baked on the beach)it will be ok to refreeze the problem is you dont know till you defrost it the next time so you may end up with liquified dogfish attractant
so dont rely on it for a session (denis got a nice smoothy on it a few weeks ago i never told him it was refrozen
)

i have done it many a time and have got fish seems to work best for flounder
